Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
This policy explains what data the game Timber Trek for Android (“the game”) collects, why, and what choices you have. The web version of the game on CrazyGames is covered by CrazyGames' own privacy policy.
1. Who we are
The game is made and published by:
Pitcher Software Michał MocekSzczęśliwa 2, 55-040 Żerniki Małe, Poland
NIP: 9730968397
Email: timbertrek@mmocek.com
(“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the game under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Data the game keeps on your device
Your progress (wood, upgrades, buildings and so on) and your sound setting are saved only on your device. The game has no accounts and no servers of ours, so we never receive this data. It isn't included in Android's cloud backup, so uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes your progress.
3. Ads (Google AdMob)
The game is free and shows ads through Google AdMob, provided by Google (for users in the EEA and Switzerland, Google Ireland Limited). Some ads are optional: you can watch them for an in-game reward.
When ads are loaded or shown, Google's ad software in the game collects:
- your device's IP address, which may be used to estimate its general location;
- the Android advertising ID, app set ID and similar device identifiers;
- how you interact with the game and the ads, such as app launches, taps and ad views;
- diagnostic information about the performance of the game and the ad software.
Google uses this data to show and measure ads, for analytics and to prevent fraud. It's encrypted in transit. We don't receive it in a form that identifies you: we only see aggregated reports, such as how many ads were shown.
More about how Google uses this data: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Your choices about ads
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent when you first start it, using Google's consent form. If you agree, Google may show you personalized ads. If you don't, Google shows non-personalized or limited ads, which still use some data (such as the IP address) for purposes like fraud prevention and limiting how often an ad is shown.
You can change your choice at any time in the game: tap the gear button, then Privacy options.
You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads, depending on the device).
5. Legal basis
- Personalized ads, and storing or reading information on your device for them: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Non-personalized ads, measuring ads and preventing fraud: our legitimate interest in funding a free game and keeping its ads safe (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. Permissions
The game uses internet access and network state only to load ads. Google's ad software also uses the advertising ID permission. The game doesn't use your camera, microphone, contacts, precise location or files.
7. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
8. How long data is kept
We don't store personal data ourselves. Google keeps ad data for the periods described in its data retention policy.
9. Transfers outside the EEA
Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time (this doesn't affect processing before the withdrawal). Since we don't hold data that identifies you, requests about ad data are often best handled through Google's My Ad Center, but you're always welcome to contact us at timbertrek@mmocek.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl. You can also contact the authority in your own country.
11. This website
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or external fonts. Its hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
12. Changes to this policy
If the game changes how it uses data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
